3-5-8-10-12-30 reps

I really like doing no more then 5 reps but since I'm trying to lose weight I'm doing 10-12 but I'm not liking it. 30 min to 60 min of cardio in the morning. Monday I will do 30 min of HIIT on a Cybex 750AT ArchTrainer and then lift at night.
