Monday new start

Five More days till my first workout due to my back surgery last year. I'm going to hit the gym 5 days a week before work consistently for 6 weeks. I'm going to be following a program by Dan John. No thought just do as it says.

I'm starting a new job , I'm going to work on what They assign me and not take on more. Monday is for planning and Friday is for review.

I will document my new job in a blog and use google docs for everything
