VanDam Dinner

Got to VanDam St for a 9am meeting 1.5 hours early. So I went to the Van Dam Dinner and ate 900 cals for breakfast. I'm going to walk for 30 mins around the area to work it off.

3 sets of each and 30 sec of rest in between sets.
good workout. Little light headed 20 mins after so I had a hand full of berries.

Went to the gym and did 30 min of cardio. came home weak and tired

Lots of work

Lots of work and still worked out. not too much recording. I need to keep track of my food and workouts to stay on target. Good news is the cure for my morning high blood sugar is 30 mins of cardio Hiit style upon waking. The rest of the numbers are in the range when I work out.

bike

This morning I did 30 min on the recumbent bike. I was pretty tired from yesterday. HR was 135. Pretty easy workout. I need to get up tomorrow at 5am if I am going to workout as I have a meeting at 7am.

2 a day

This morning I hit the gym at 7:30 for 30 minutes on the 750AT Cross Trainer. I did 1 minute as hard and fast as I could and then 3 minutes at a jog over the 30 min. I probably should have done 2 minutes of jogging. Anyway my heart rate at the fast pace was around 170 and it would drop to 150 during the jog. I felt like crap until after lunch.

My training partners bailed on me for lifting tonight and I was going to bail too but after dinner I felt pretty good so I headed over to the gym and worked out. I felt like crap again after I worked out. I ate a tangerine and felt better. Probably low blood sugar. I have to keep on top of that.

3-5-8-10-12-30 reps

I really like doing no more then 5 reps but since I'm trying to lose weight I'm doing 10-12 but I'm not liking it. 30 min to 60 min of cardio in the morning. Monday I will do 30 min of HIIT on a Cybex 750AT ArchTrainer and then lift at night.
