This morning I hit the gym at 7:30 for 30 minutes on the 750AT Cross Trainer. I did 1 minute as hard and fast as I could and then 3 minutes at a jog over the 30 min. I probably should have done 2 minutes of jogging. Anyway my heart rate at the fast pace was around 170 and it would drop to 150 during the jog. I felt like crap until after lunch.
My training partners bailed on me for lifting tonight and I was going to bail too but after dinner I felt pretty good so I headed over to the gym and worked out. I felt like crap again after I worked out. I ate a tangerine and felt better. Probably low blood sugar. I have to keep on top of that.
